Qualifications:

  • College degree required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant operations and multi-unit store management or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, accounting, budgeting, and administrative procedures
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good supervisory, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interviewing and recruitment skills
