- The Rustic has a well-curated menu with roots that reach deep into Texas soil. Fresh seafood is sourced from the Texas Gulf; dairy and produce come from local farmers; and beef is procured from ranchers in the Texas Plains. Chefs at the Rustic use only quality ingredients and products sourced from Texas vendors to ensure everything tastes as fresh as possible.
- Co-founded in 2013 by Houston native, Kyle Noonan, The Rustic boasts four street locations with two in Houston, one in Dallas and one in San Antonio.
- The bar at the Rustic takes a grassroots approach to all categories of beverages, from liquor and beer, to wine and non-alcoholic options.
- The live music program includes all genres and is designed to coordinate with HAS’s popular Harmony in the Air performing artists program.
